We are Pshop UK Limited trading as Plinths and Pedestals, a company registered in England and Wales.

Our company registration number is 12985573 and our registered office is at 74 Brodrick Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN22 9NS. Our registered VAT number is GB370619984.

Shipping Terms

Free HIRE delivery for London and inside M25 with a minimum order value of £549 +vat. For multiple locations/drops/collections/same day delivery & collection, contact us for a quote.

Delivery & Collection charges will apply for all orders falling outside this area. Please call or email us for a quote.

Surcharges will also be applied for deliveries and or collections on Saturday, Sundays and or Bank Holidays and or outside of the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm

Online Orders - Standard stock items in white, Delivery timescale 3-5 working days (this may be longer during busy periods), if a colour 5-7 working days. For urgent orders, larger quantities, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Additional late & early collection / delivery charges applied as follows;

** The exact delivery and collection schedule requested will be confirmed by us in writing

by email with our aim to get as close as possible to your requested delivery and collection time.

To allow for unforeseen road traffic congestion and incidents we aim to achieve this within an hour each side of the designated delivery time as confirmed by us. This does not however guarantee delivery at the requested time.

Surcharges will be levied regardless of original intent at the point of order, please contact us for clarity if required.

Free delivery on standard stocked PURCHASES unless otherwise stated for mainland UK only. For multiple locations contact us for a quote.

Bespoke orders maybe subject to delivery charge, confirmed prior to placing you order.

Certified fire rated products are available on request, please contact us for help and a detailed quote.

Hire Terms

Should you apply any adhesive based items to any hired product either directly or through a third party these must be removed prior to the confirmed collection date or a surcharge will be applied limited to the individual cost of replacement of the hired product.

Any unreasonable damage or alterations made to any hire product will incur a refurbishment and or charge for replacement.

All hire items are subject to a 25% hire deposit, refundable on safe return of all products.

Please Note - If you place your own vinyl's on our hire plinths you will loose your deposit, if the plinths are beyond repair you will be invoiced for replacement plus disposal costs. The sticky residue left, along with additional labour required to remove these, are extremely costly and time consuming. If you wish to place vinyl's on the plinths we advise you to purchase them, alternatively we can organise the vinyl application.

Any significant damage will be charged for.

Lost lockable display case keys or lockable hatch keys will be charge at £15.00 + vat each to replace. Deposit monies are taken against a pre-authorised credit or debit card unless the hire period extends beyond 28 days whereby deposit funds will be requested and held on account.

Certified fire rated products are available on request, please contact us for help and a detailed quote.

If your chosen venue is Excel London, due to extremely long waiting times to collect at event breakdown, an additional charge of £85 +VAT is placed on your hire quotation. If we have confirmation from our driver/tracking info that your collection has been completed within 1hour time slot we will refund this to you upon return of the plinths.

Payment Information

To confirm your order 100% payment is required upfront either by credit card or BACS payment. 

Credit - Debit Card

We accept Mastercard and Visa Debit or Credit Cards and American Express cards.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Bank Transfer - Bank details can be requested if required to pay directly into our trading account.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

Plinths and Pedestals Ltd policy is first and foremost to be fair and considerate in each and every transaction, to support this we
have outlined some simple terms as follows :

Bespoke Orders (custom or made to measure order) - Refund / Cancellations:

A cancellation or refund for bespoke orders cannot be accepted after an order has been confirmed by you either verbally or in writing.

This is to simply safe guard against the costs of time spent and or the costs of materials purchased / used in relation to the bespoke order.

Hire Orders - Refund / Cancellations:

A Hire order cancellation will only be accepted with a minimum of a 48 business hours (weekends and bank holidays excluded from allowable notice period) notice of the orders due delivery date received in writing from you or a proforma has been paid, refunds and cancellations outside these terms will be subject to a refund less costs incurred such as preparation time and or delivery & packaging costs fairly attributed to the original order requirement(s).

A cancellation fee will be applied to all hire orders over £500 ex vat to cover labour and material costs please contact us for full details.

Damaged Goods:

All products received damaged must be communicated to Plinths and Pedestals within 12 hours of delivery, we make every effort to package our products safely and securely however it is important to check your delivery prior to signing for your order and stating the damage on the delivery sheet to ensure a claim can be made via the courier.

On confirmation of the damage being stated at point of delivery a full refund will be made if requested or indeed a duplicate order sent as a matter of urgency if required.

Please note that failure to follow this procedure when receiving goods that have been damaged means that liability has transferred to you and we are unable to claim against the courier for damages and refund will not be made.

Refund - Returns Policy:

All standard stocked items (i.e not bespoke custom orders) are covered by a 14 day return policy when purchased online (at distance).

Simply contact us to arrange a return either by phone or email within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The original items supplied must be returned in a pristine and unused condition in the original packing. Full return delivery fees will be charged at cost.  If you have any concerns please do contact us before placing an order for clarity.

Please be assured that your statutory rights are not affected.

Electrical Disclaimer:

At Pshop UK Limited, we take pride in assembling electrical lighting products using components that meet UK/EU CE standards. Our skilled electricians meticulously put together these items in-house to ensure quality and reliability. However, it is important to note that while our products adhere to regulatory standards, they may not be individually certified or PAT tested. Therefore, users are advised to exercise caution and perform necessary testing and certification procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowldge and accept this disclaimer.

Please note - we exclusively utilise low voltage lighting systems. Our commitment to safety reduces the risk of electrical hazards. However, it is important to note that while low voltage lighting systems are safer, proper installation and maintenance are still essential for optimal performance and safety. By using our LED low voltage lighting products, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with electrical systems and agree to adhere to recommended safety practices.

Upon request, we are commited to supplying relevant manufacturer's technical sheets to ensure transparency and facilitate informed decision making. The Information We Collect and Use:

Credit Card - Debit Card - Customer Details

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Registration

Registration for the Service is not required to simply view the Site. If you elect to register for the Service, Plinths and Pedestals asks you for information that enables us to provide the Service. You will be registering with Plinths and Pedestals on the form provided and such registration may require you to provide contact information such as your name and email address.

Aggregate Information

From time to time, we may collect general, non-personal, statistical information about the use of the Site and the Service, such as how many visitors visit a specific page on the Site, how long they stay on that page, and which hyperlinks, if any, they "click" on. We collect this information through the use of technologies such as

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons / Web Bugs)

We may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. Company reserves the right to disclose member information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with(either intentionally or unintentionally) Company's rights or property, other visitors, list members, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Company also reserves the right to disclose visitor or list member information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
